Orbitlink Solutions – Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from Orbitlink Solutions.

  • The return request is made within 4 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

  • Software, downloadable content, or digital licenses.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Installation services or labor fees related to the product.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for:

  • An inspection (where necessary),

  • A replacement unit, or

  • A full refund depending on the severity of the defect and availability of stock.

Please include clear photos or video evidence of the damage for faster processing.

4. Exchange Policy

We allow product exchanges if:

  • The item is in stock,

  • The returned item meets the return criteria,

  • The customer covers any price difference, delivery, or restocking fees (where applicable).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (M-PESA, bank transfer, or credit card).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

6. Return Process

  3. We will guide you on how to ship or drop off your item to our nearest return center.

  4. Once received, your return will be inspected and processed.

7. Warranty Support

Many of our electronic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims:

  • Refer to the warranty card included with your product.

  • Contact the brand’s authorized service center or reach out to us for guidance.
